                    Fosolia | Vegetable Stew is an Ethiopian food recipe with green beans and carrots.
                  
                  
                      Ingredients
                    
                    - 500g frozen cut green beans
 - 500g frozen carrots
 - 2 large brown onions
 - 2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp minced ginger
 - 50ml vegetable oil
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 tbsp white sugar
 - 1 cup water
 
                      Instructions
                    
                    - In a pot, combine the frozen carrots, beans, onion, oil and water and steam until soft.
 - Reduce the heat to medium and add the garlic, ginger, sugar and salt.
 - Stir and cook for 5–7 minutes with the lid on. Be sure not to let it dry out.
