Plaintain Soup is an Ethiopian food recipe.
- 3 green plantains
- 6 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- Slice and peel plantains and place in a blender or food processor.
- Add 1 cup chicken broth and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a pan. Add the remaining broth. Stir to combine. Cover and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
